The Four Paths of Yoga

There are four paths or style of Yoga, designed taking into account the características and predispositions of each individual. Yoga teachers and gurus understood that not all students could follow the same techniques, and because of that, they designed Bhakti Yoga, for those with a devotional nature, Jnana Yoga, for those with intellectual tendencies, Karma Yoga, for those who like to serve, and finally, Raja Yoga for those who find pleasure in serving.
